• • Deployment of trained and experienced personnel for installation.
• • Ensuring employees presence at work site on time.

At the Project Site, the respective Project In charge is assigned the responsibility to carrying out the above Quality systems.

SAFETY POLICY

We M/s. DIYA ENERGY strictly adhered to the following safety measures to avoid accidents.

• • Competent person will be deputed for all technical jobs.
• • Training/instruction for newly joined staff.
• • Maintaining workplace neat and clean.
• • First aid kit with all materials will be kept at worksite.
• • Emergency contact numbers will be displayed in the site.
• • Tools and tackles will be calibrated, inspected and tested before use.
• • No works will be carried out in live system.
• • All incidents and an accident will be recorded and reviewed.
• • Photo ID card will be provided for all employees with emergency contact Number.
• • Appointing competent Engineers and Technicians to ensure awareness of safety.
• • All types of electrical maintenance work will be followed with basic safety rules like
  Switching off the system
  Isolating the system
  Testing voltage
  Providing earth
